U Created Education Ltd is a Liverpool based online tutoring company that connects 3-15 year old Chinese students and UK ESL teachers through our online learning platform.
Our mission is to help young Chinese students develop their English language skills and their understanding of British culture, while helping UK ESL teachers build a rewarding and flexible career around their lifestyle and commitments.
We warmly welcome everyone who is passionate about educating the next generation of English language learners.
Program 1
3-6 years old online English teaching
Teach 3-6 year old students in 1-1 classes with pre-prepared lesson plans and teaching materials.
Program 2
7-12 years old online English teaching
Teach 7-12 year old students in 1-1 classes with pre-prepared lesson plans and teaching materials.
Program 3
13-15 years old online English teaching
Teach 7-12 year old students in 1-1 classes with pre-prepared lesson plans and teaching materials.
What We Can Offer

Lesson plans and teaching materials are pre-prepared.
Teaching kids is its own reward but you deserve more than the minimum wage.
£10-14 p/h
You will need a TEFL certification to begin your career formally. But no worries, we will help......
Teacher Requirements
TEFL Training Program
Teaching Experience
Applicants will ideally have two or more years experience of teaching, tutoring, coaching or mentoring.
Qualifications
TESOL, CELTA or TEFL Certification.
To teach students in China you must also have a bachelors degree. This can be in any field.
Reliable Technology
PC/Laptop with webcam and microphone. Stable internet connection with at least 4 Mbps download/ 2 Mbps upload speed.
If you do not yet satisfy the teacher requirements you can apply to join our FREE* Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Training Program.
U Created Education offers free* TEFL training and certification for applicants who are passionate about teaching but don't meet our requirements to start teaching.
As a part of our TEFL training program you will have mock classes with current teachers and have supervised classes with students.

* U Created Education will reimburse to you the cost of the TEFL Course after you have taught 60 hours of classes with us.
Our Application Process

1. Register your interest in the form below.
2. We will then invite you to submit your CV for review.
3. Once we've reviewed your CV, we will ask you to record a 2-3 minute video introducing yourself and telling us why you want to tutor online.
4. We'll ask you to do a mock 1-1 class with a current teacher (they’ll help prepare you for the real thing).
5. Sign your contract and get teaching!
